30-Day Free Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)
We offer 30-day free returns on non-custom, ready-to-ship items.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

If your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
Custom / Personalized Items (Final Sale)
Because custom items are made specifically for you (based on your size, design choices, and/or special requests), custom-made or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except if the item arrives:

Damaged

Defective

Incorrect (we sent the wrong item)
If any of the above happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will make it right (replacement or refund, depending on the situation).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
