Yes. Every bracelet is made with natural crystals and gemstones such as moonstone, agate, obsidian, citrine, rose quartz, and more. We never use plastic beads.

Upload a reference image or tell us the character you love. Our designer creates a hand-drawn bracelet sketch, then we handcraft the piece based on that design. Before shipping, we send you photos for approval and can adjust details until you’re happy.

Design and handcrafting usually take 1–3 business days. Shipping time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–12 days after shipment.

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for unworn items in their original condition. However, custom-designed bracelets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon arrival. In the rare event your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos so we can promptly arrange a repair or replacement.
